Dentalpoints.net enables entry, review, search and insight into the geo-location of dental offices and polyclinics in Europe. It is a joint product of the development of several SW and dental companies from the EU area and Switzerland.

It is characterized by a wide range of basic information about dental offices/policlinics such as:

    • Dental infrastructure (number of surgeries, dentists, X-rays, waiting rooms…)
    • Staff
    • Services and services provided by an individual practice/polyclinic with an insight into the quality of materials used by an individual polyclinic (types of implants, types of crowns…)
    • User ratings (Reviews)
    • Prices (if the practice accepts price display)
    • Working hours
    • Other services nearby (accommodation, catering services, shops…)
Dentalpoints.net is characterized by interactivity in the relationship between the practice/polyclinic and the potential patient as well as “real-time” information about working hours, working days (holidays, annual, maintenance…), the current state of the surgery/polyclinic (too many patients in the waiting room – we currently do not accept ad-hoc patients) and the like.
For people who find themselves in a particular destination (tourism, travel…) and need an urgent dental service, Dentalpoints.net provides insight into the status of the practice (open/closed) and enables them to be guided to the location of the practice they have chosen.

The mentioned functionalities, pleasant interface, transparency and up-to-date information contribute to the rapid growth of the number of visitors and users of the portal, as well as the practice/polyclinic that chose Dentalpoints.net as a platform for further progress in their business.

It provides users/patients who are considering the implementation of dental work (dentures, bridges, implants, crowns…) with comprehensive information and insight into the options, services and standards of a particular office/polyclinic.

In addition to general information, Dentalpoints.net enables them to make real-time orientation offers, i.e. comparison of prices for the required set of services (Example: 2 implants with 12 crowns…) in individual polyclinics, delivery of inquiries to selected clinics, and concierge service for arrangements in more distant destinations.

Functionalities for polyclinics

  • Web access to the Dentalpoints.net system (login)
    Independent entry and update of information about the polyclinic (description, features, photos, prices, special offers, working hours, holidays)
  • Access to inquiries and dental images (X-ray, CT…, 3D) of patients who sent an inquiry to the office via the system
  • Presentation of the practice/polyclinic on the Dentalpoints.net portal
  • Management of working hours and process status (we do not accept patients, open/closed…)
  • Call center service (optional) – contact number in a particular country
    Downloading calls and initial contacts.

Functionalities for visitors/users/patients

  • Polyclinic search by country, region, city, type of implant, and type of service
  • Creation of real-time offer / price comparison of arrangements in polyclinics
  • Sending queries and orthopans to selected surgeries (up to 7 of them at the same time
  • Registration on the portal (additional discount)
  • User interface for internal communication with selected surgeries/policlinics
  • Concierge services (organization of travel, accommodation, hospitality services…)

Advertising and CRM/CMS plan packages

The Dentalpoints system is available in several business models. Prices are without VAT:

1. PRIME

The PRIME model connects patients and surgeries/clinics within a radius of approximately 50 km from the clinic’s location. It is determined by the platform’s profit model, which allows for one clinic in the Prime model per approximately 150,000 – 200,000 inhabitants. This profit model provides the clinic with at least 50-150 new local patients per year.

The clinic has its own account in the system, uses an advanced CRM system, and selects the leads it wants to process. The clinic obtains leads from the Inquiry Marketplace for an additional charge. Optionally, the assignment of leads to clinics can be done automatically via the DAI module by fix price.

 

2. PREPAID

In this model, the clinic prepays for the allocation/distribution of a certain number of inquiries from a specific area (country) over a certain period (monthly) with or without a time limit.

Variants:
• Prepaid for a specific period/month
• Arrangement by quantity
• Selecting/Purchasing leads on the Inquiry Marketplace

Prepaid for period or quantity
Inquiries are automatically assigned to the clinic via email through the DAI module of the system, or the clinic can retrieve them from the CRM system (Extranet)..

Selecting/Purchasing
For the Selected/Purchasing model, the clinic needs to have an account in the system. Using the Inquiry/Marketplace module, the clinic selects and receives the inquiries it wants to process.

Terms of use, number of leads, geographical area, and price for this model should be agreed upon with the platform provider.

3. ADS

ADS are advanced presentation packages.

The clinic receives a presentation on the system through a set of presentation data.
There are 2 presentation packages: STANDARD Ads, ADVANCED Ads.

Standard: Name, location, contact information, web url, photos – max. 5

Advanced: Name, location, contact information, web url, services and features, reviews, price lists, working hours, photos – unlimited number.
